Puppy Owners Short Course

7pm Tuesday nights for four weeks starting 13 March 2012
Held indoors at Dogcity Daycare, 24 King William St Kent Town

More than just a puppy school, this is a short course designed to give you the tools and knowledge to be a great leader to your new pup and have fun learning together.

Information covered includes:

• ·         Dog psychology and behaviour: understanding natural drives and how your puppy views the world
• ·         Managing your pup at home: resources, space and the family
• ·         Confidence building and desensitisation
• ·         Calm behaviour and how to get it
• ·         Sit, drop and stay
• ·         Leash walking: getting it right
• ·         Grooming and coat care with Maria Ormond
• ·         Health basics with Dr Mark Reeve BScV
• ·         Puppy socialisation and playtime!

Notes are distributed for each lesson and puppies are catered for at all sessions.
