For puppies - 7 to 14 weeks of age

Get your new puppy off to the right start. Avoid all the unwanted behaviour before it starts, by imprinting correct behaviour during this crucial period of your dogs life. Avoid unwanted behaviour by understanding triggers, and how they are created. How to create triggers that instil the correct behaviour. Use your puppies own instincts and drives to build a strong bond between you and your dog.

I offer a 1.5 hour home consultation plus follow-up. During this visit I offer you guidance on how to correctly raise your young puppy, ensuring you develop the correct human and dog relationship, and how to imprint into your puppy correct social skills and behaviour during this crucial period of your dogs life. The first 16 weeks of your puppy's life are the most crucial, this is the imprinting and foundation building period. What your puppy learns during this period will affect your dog for the rest of its life.

Home consultations are only available during the following time slots:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 11:30pm - 2pm to 3:30pm - 6pm to 7:30pm

Saturday: 12pm to 2:30pm - 4pm to 6:30pm

Sunday: client emergencies only

Your call is very important to me, and of course to you. Some days I am very busy with home consultations. If I am with a client my calls go to my message bank. If your call does go to message bank, please leave your name and phone number. I usually call you back the same day. However there will be some days I will not be able to call back until the next day due to my workload on that particular day. I do apologise if this happens, however at times it is unavoidable. I do phone back as soon as I am able. If you have an emergency please sms to my mobile.

If you are not satisfied with my initial consultation, then there is no charge. I ask all clients at the end of the consultation, if they are happy with the advice offered. If for any reason you are not satisfied with my service, knowledge, or advice, then I will not charge for the visit.

Council Registration Training rebate

I am also authorised by the Dog & Cat Management Board to hand out the dog training council registration rebate certificate, for dogs that attain the minimum required standard of training.
