Board and Train service, which involves your dog staying at the Doggy Lodge Boarding Kennels for 2 weeks and undergoing a formal obedience course with me. I only have a maximum of 3 dogs in for training at the same time, so please book early.

This course is only suitable for medium to large breeds.

Your dog is trained too:

1. Walk on lead correctly
2. Sit on command
3. Drop on command
4. Stay in both the sit and the drop
5. Recall from the stay
6. Overall better control of your dog

Training is carried out in public areas, such as around the local streets. parks and local shopping centre.

I want to point out - The board & train course is not a miracle course where after completing the course your dog will automatically be a well behaved dog. This course teaches your dog the above basic commands. It will not correct or fix the majority of in-home behavioural problems. However having said this, good obedience training is the foundation for having a well behaved dog.

Once your dog has completed the course, you recieve up to 2 x 1 hour private lessons at the Doggy Lodge, I do offer 12 months follow-up support via the online support system.

Fee includes:

• 2 weeks boarding
• Training for the 2 weeks (2 x training sessions per day)
• 2 x 1 hour private lessons to instruct you on how to maintain your dogs training
• Online training manual
• Certificate of training (Council registration rebate certificate)
• 6 months follow-up support at my Sunday group class
• 12 months online support via the online support system

If you wish to include a home consultation after your dogs training for in-home assistance add an additional $150.00 + any zone fee. This discount is only available if you pay for this service in advance with your board and train fee.
